Package Win32 apps for Microsoft Intune. Without the pain.
PackOtter is the Windows desktop tool sysadmins reach for when they need to ship Win32 apps to Intune. Built on .NET 8 + WPF, it wraps Microsoft’s official IntuneWinAppUtil and layers on real ergonomics: drag-and-drop installers, MSI/EXE analyzers (WiX DTF + PeNet), automatic detection and uninstall script generation — one self-contained .ps1 per method — batch processing with per-item status, group-assignment with include / exclude, and direct publish to Intune through the Graph API with MSAL + WAM broker (Entra CBA, YubiKey, and PIM aware). Templates for 11 common apps ship in the box. Full audit log with search. Five themes including Cyberpunk Dark and Nord Frost. Signed installers as EXE and MSI, x64 and ARM64.
